There was discussion of proposed changes to the specifications for the renovations to the Tamanend Park Carriage House, etc. Mr. Day will contact Mr. Hall from Hellings to try and get additional information on artificial (as opposed to natural) cedar shingles. The consensus of the Board was that at least the Spting House should have cedar shingles.

John Cryan has requested that the Board decide what to put on the back of the medalwhich will be struck for fundraising. After discussion of possibilities, the Board felt that "Southampton, a nice place to live" would be most appropriate. The question of whether or not to include a date was left open for now.

Mr. Day will contact Parks and Recreation to see if we could use the Tamanend Park Farmhouse to mount an exhibit of artifacts from our collections during Southampton Days. Mr. Hughes will ask Mr. Redstreak to see if such an exhibit could be announced in the Southampton Days book.

Mr. Donahue will contact the lease division of SEPTA to learn if anyone currently holds a lease option on the Southampton train station. Mr. Day will attempt to get additional information on the building from the Pa. Railroad Museum.

At 9:45 a.m. Mr. Lynch moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Hughes.
