
Meeting Minutes: February 13, 2004
The February 13, 2004 meeting of the Upper Southampton Township Historical Advisory Board was called to order at 8:35 a.m. at the Township Building. Board members present were Mr. Day, Mr. Donahue, Mr. Faust, and Mr. Vogel. Also attending was Mrs. Brager.
Approval of the minutes of the Board's January 9 meeting was moved by Mr. Vogel and seconded by Mr. Faust.
Mr. Vogel reported that the preparation of specifications of work to be done on the Dry Goods Store is slowly but surely moving forward.
Mr. Donahue and Mr. Vogel attended the meeting of the Board of Supervisors at which an agreement with SEPTA to permit repairs on the Southampton Train Station was discussed. Mr. Day will call Mr. Williams to check on the status of this.
The Southampton Days Committee is soliciting photographs of Southampton and information on local history. Mr. Day will contact them to see if we can coordinate efforts.
Mr. Vogel reported that Gannett Fleming, Inc., has been awarded the contract to prepare the Comprehensive Park, Recreation, and Open Space Plan.
At 9:45 a.m. Mr. Faust moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Donahue.
