Upper Southampton Township Finances

Meeting Minutes: December 11, 2004

The December 11, 2004 meeting of the Upper Southampton Township Historical Advisory Board was called to order at 9:05 a.m. at the Township Building. Board members present were Mr. Day, Mr. Faust, and Mr. Vogel; also attending was Mrs. Brager.

Approval of the minutes of the Board's November 12 meeting was moved by Mr. Vogel and seconded by Mr. Faust.

Mr. Day and Mr. Vogel reported on the status of work at the Dry Goods Store, including the installation of cable for electric service. We have still received no wordon the status of the CDBG money.

Mr. Vogel has not yet received a firm time commitment from the workers who will be helping with the emergency repairs to the Southampton train station. If necessary, he will begin the work on his own, starting as soon as weather permits.

Mr. Faust has begun scanning photos from the Board's collection. He plans to continue as time permits. Mr. Donahue has scanned several slides and will get a CD of them to the Board so that we can evaluate the quality of reproduction.

At 9:35 a.m. Mr. Vogel moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Faust.

Respectfully submitted by,

James Day
