A. Consideration of Electing Officers of the Board of Supervisors:
- Chairperson
- Vice-Chairperson
- Secretary/Treasurer
- Assistant Secretary/Treasurer
B. Consideration of adopting Resolution #2012-1, establishing the amount of the bond of the Township Manager and Township Treasurer.
C. Consideration of adopting Resolution #2012-2, appointing Township Depositories for 2010.
D. Consideration of adopting Resolution #2012-3, appointing a Tax Collection Committee primary voting delegate and two alternate voting delegates.
E. Consideration of the following:
- Selection of Supervisor Meeting Dates and times for 2012
- Appointment of Township Solicitor
- Appointment of Township Engineer
- Appointment of Township Traffic Engineer
- Establish compensation for the Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor
- Appointment of Voting Delegate for State Convention in Hersey, PA.
F. Consideration of making appointments to various Boards and Commissions.
G. Consideration of approving for payment, the following invoices:
