PUBLIC NOTICE 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Upper Southampton, County of Bucks, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will hold a public meeting and hearing at 7:30 p.m. on the 21st day of August, 2012 in the Southampton Free Library lower level meeting room, 947 Street Road, Southampton, to consider the adoption of the following proposed Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, COUNTY OF BUCKS, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA AMENDING THE UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE BY EXEMPTING BACKSTOPS, FIELD LIGHTS, FENCES, NETTING AND LIKE STRUCTURES USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH PUBLIC RECREATIONAL FACILITIES (USE 20) FROM ALL SETBACK AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS AND AMENDING THE FENCE REGULATIONS FOR CORNER LOTS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
